Refund Policy

NorthSlate is operated by Digital Dusk Media. Paid subscriptions to NorthSlate are sold by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all NorthSlate paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date, no questions asked.
Renewal charges (monthly or yearly) are also eligible for refund if requested within 30 days of the renewal charge. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from the customer portal — once cancelled, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for and you will not be billed again.
To request a refund, go to paddle.net, enter the email address you used at checkout, and follow the steps to request a refund on the relevant order. You can also email us at digitalduskmedia@gmail.com and we will help you through Paddle.
Refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear on your original payment method within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
After a refund is issued, the related subscription is cancelled and access to paid features ends. Your account and free-tier data remain intact unless you choose to delete the account.
